Ok so last night was a hot mess when it came to Kat Stacks. LOL Now before I get into the technical part I just want to show how dumb this female is. All this happen after the drama of what happen at the club. She got to talking so much shit that I dont think she realize she bust on herself letting not only twitter, the world but other promoters that have hired her that all this time she has been underage using a fake ID while getting drunk. Now we all have seen videos of her drunk at the club and pic with cups and bottles in her hand. Do she not realize that not only could she have risk the reputation of any promoters but the risk of a club losing their liquor license suck K STREET LOUNGE in Washington DC. Well guess what Kat Stacks alot of us got screen shots . Of course you can come back and say someone fake the DM or someone photoshop but sorry whore this came from fingertips.

The club is responsible and liable, outside promoter or not. When and outside promoter/company does an event with a club, a contract is reviewed and signed by both parties detailing the event. Ice Lounge Management failed by signing off to the event before researching the event and it's host. Ice Management failed by not having the promoters of the event get a waiver signed on Ice's behalf that she was not to be served in the bar making ICE not liable. He said she said is not liable in court but the fact that no waiver was signed is. The fact that Ice did not cover their ass here is dumbfounding. It seems they have someone running their club whom as no idea what they are doing or how to produce an event contract. Ice Lounge is liable for the security of their venue even if event security is hired. What the promoters did at the event really all boils down to Ice not doing their job properly. If she was set up by the promoters then it was Ice's job to protect her and all patrons in their venue which in they are liable for and if proper management was in place at ICE events such as this would not occur. Luckily no one was hurt besides her body guard who's head was cracked open by a bottle. He can sue ICE for his medical bills and treatment. ICE will not be shut down because of this but once the Indiana Liquor Board investigates this event and review's Ice's files on their establishment when the time comes for their review, they could be denied and have their liquor license revoked depending on what counts they have prior against it and what may come now leading up to their review. If ICE simply googled her name they would have seen she is a minor. Ice has continually tried to rid themselves of the stigma that comes with their name but they also continue to hire out side promoters and in many of the cases with Ice... they hire some idiots who think they can through a party by calling all of their classless friends to come in and act the fool. Ice needs to step their game up or close their doors, this is a case where their cliental runs their venue in which they have no real control over because they don't know what they are doing.
