KAT STACKS AND KEVIN WALES ARE SCAM ARTISTS: PROMOTERS PLEASE READ WOULD NOT WANT THIS HAPPEN TO YOU

NOW BEFORE ANYONE SAY SOMEONE IS HATING SORRY THIS IS ALL ABOUT BUSINESS AND PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW.  THANKS TO WWW.GHOSTRIDERRADIO.NET FOR UNCOVERING THIS STORY AND LETTING THE YOUNG LADIES OF SHOP31 IN ARZONIA TELL THE TRUTH OF WHAT THAT AT CLUB RAIN.  PROMOTERS THAT WANT TO HIRED ANDREA HERRERA AKA KAT STACKS NEED TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE GETTING INTO SO THEY WONT BE SCAM.

I have done my best to dig deep and get the truth of what really happened. Between the people who were directly affected by the recent events that took place, before and after Andrea Herrera aka  Kat Stacks scheduled appearance at Club Rain in Arizona. I contacted @ TrashyStyles aka Nico Perez the independent promoter of the Club Rain event on September 30, 2010. She was kind enough to email me exclusively and give me her story.

The screen shot above is the first of 2 emails (click the picture to make it bigger) explaining what happened before the actual Club Rain event. Nico tells us "the bottom line to the situation with Kat Stacks is management and lack of competence." She went on to say "I sent over the contract (which they were having problems getting back to me) and I sent over the deposit (which was half of her cost) immediately after the contract was returned to me. There was a little more than three weeks in between her being booked and the date of the event." Wow, why the delay from Kevin and Kat in handling their business?






Nico explains how hard it was for her to communicate with Kat's manager Kevin. She says "she went through hell trying to communicate with her manager. It took him two weeks to get me the proper information to book flights. Once he did there were tons of unnecessary mix ups." She also says that she "was forced to change the flight information three times." Seriously, why in the hell did Kevin do that to these promoters? So unprofessional. I can see his business ethics are non-existent.





Nico then told Kevin "what the change fee was and let him know that it would be coming out of her reminder of her fee. He said "Okay don't worry about it." Alright, we can all see that they made a verbal agreement about the rest of the money that was due upon Kat's arrival at the club. There were more problems "on the day of travel" to the club "she misses two flights." WTF? Why did that even happen. Since Kat is always boasting on twitter about being on time and crap like that. Her missing two flights only shows how much of a hypocrite she really is.





After Nico feeds and buys Kat a number 5 from the local "Jack in the Box" she takes her to the hotel so she can freshen up and then off to the club they went. Nico said that "I gave the rest of the money to her road manager, he counts it and says its short. I explained what the deal was and he called Kevin." Kevin then went back on his prior verbal agreement with Nico and said "he isn't responsible for flight changes and if Kat wasn't given the rest of the $250 that was taken out for the flight changes, she wasn't going on." Wow, really Kevin? Come on get off of your high horse. It's obvious that you were responsible for all the flight changes and you have zero ethics in business professionalism.





Nico told Kevin that she'll "I pay what I owe and nothing more" and they finally came to an agreement "30 minutes before closing time." Nico talks about the Sheriff coming and talking to Kat, she says "before we walk in the cops approach her about a bogus call they received." Nico says she ended up "straightening out the situation and taking back to their hotel room." Obviously everyone was pissed off and tired of all the crap that had happened. Nico then says Kat "goes on twitter and does what she does best, pops off at the mouth about not having direct flights and not being paid. She called us broke." Nico expressed "it was the principal" and I do agree that it was that and so much more.



The screen shot above is the 2nd email (click the picture to make it bigger) that Nico has provided me with. In this email she talks about @ 2ToneDaSupaStar and his involvement with the recent event at Club Rain. Nico says "Tone and his team had been speaking about doing the event for a couple of months. He and I discussed it and since he wanted a percentage of door, but didn't have the money to put in." She said "I would put up the finances and he would handle the better part of the promoting. His name was put on the flyer as a co-host simply for appearance." This is all making more sense to me now, and explains how Tone was actually affiliated.






Nico also says that "people were hired on a contractual basis" and they "signed a contract" which she has in her possession. At the end of the day "people didn't feel she was worth the $10 dollar cover charge so the turnout was poor. 90% of the people were there to perform or on the guest list." She also expressed that "Shop 31 were the only people who took a loss" and she "never asked him to split her losses." Also, if things "had gone well he would have been there to collect his profit and take credit for success of the event." Nico says that she "spoke to Tone that same night and things were fine and out of nowhere I hear he's taking shots at me and my team!"



Looking from the outside in to the situation, that sucks and he looks like a fence hopper to me. Nico explains why she thinks that this had happened, she says "Kat Stacks took shots at him and he threw me in front of the bullet." and she was "pissed at her for dissing him!" Nico says that "we were more concerned with salvaging his reputation than our own. I guess he saw it as an opportunity to gain some exposure for his crew and his city #FAIL" Whoa, that's some pretty ghetto ass business ethics that Tone must have, if he throws someone down sh*t hill, who was supposed to be his partner technically speaking.



Nico ends the final email saying "Shop 31 has been nothing but generous to him and many others in that city, of which a few owe me money as we speak." This is a really messed up thing to read about how everything turned out so badly for Shop 31. Basically folks, the TRUTH about what happened is all here for you to read, along with my post from yesterday explaining about the LIES that Kat has told everyone.
