Well it look like Akon got axed by Verizon for being one of the musicians on its mobile-phone service. He is being threatened with the prosection of simulated a 15-years on stage in Trindad a few week ago.
The only thing I have to say is Where were the parents and why was this child allowed on a stage with a grown man to dance. | Beyonce yanks her album : B'Day deluxe edition |
It was brought to our attention the Beyonce is pulling her album "B'Day-Deluxe edition". According to MTV a lawsuit that claims that the singer recorded someone else song. Read the story. Now Beyonce's camp tried to obtain permission to re-record the song but got turn down. Beyonce went ahead with it anyway.
MTV say the singer and her label has agreed to stop all distribution on the albums and video that include the song. I guess we have to wait and see what the outcome of the preliminary injunction hearing has to say on May 4.
Beyonce explained to MTV earlier that the song wasn't meant to be place on the album but so many folks heard it and told her she was crazy for not placing it on the album. I can not believe she let people pump her head so far that she didn't go through proper channels to confirm that she can do this. | Eve got bust for drunk driving |
Eve Jeffers the multiplatinum-selling grammy got arrested for suspenison of driving under the influence of alchol after crashing her Maserati on Hollywood Boulevard. At 2:45 she hit the center of the divider which she total the front of the car. The cops arrived which Eve was very upset. Hey I would be upset too if I damage my car too. Havn't people learn by now that after a couple of drinks to get a somber person to drive. Even though we think we can handle the wheel sometimes drinks do hit a person systems till a couple of hours later.

He owes her over 130,000. dollars that made debts on her credit cards.Last summer, he asked his ex to cover his business trips to LA and Las Vegas because he had NO CREDIT CARDS. He charged on her credit cards all hotel expenses at Mondrian Hotel in Hollywood for 45 days included Hollywood rent a car service fee for Jaguar convertible and Limousine car service, all air tickets for T-Weed and his brother, and Mandalay Bay Hotel suits in Las Vegas. He kept promising her he was going to pay her off all his debts with 20% interests soon after he comes back to New York.He came back to NY beginning of last September. Since then he's never ever paid her off ANY money.T-Weed and his ex girlfriend lived in same apartment building. One day, when he saw her at lobby, he ran after her and introduced himself. He said to her he broke his girlfriend up 5 month ago and was looking for a new girlfriend. That's how she started to seeing him. T-Weed was a web designer and she was a fashion designer in NY. Both of them were working at artistic and creative field, so they had so much comments of art, graphic design and fashion. He always asked her comments for his designs. She also worked for his mp3ny's projects. She made entire clothing line for Poker Battle, costume designs for Katt Williams "The Pimp Chronicles" and designs for Chingy's clothing line.T-Weed always promissed her she was going to get design fee. Pastor Dave Alleyne of the Flaming Word Ministry of Chaguanas has come to the defence of his 14-year-old daughter whose raunchy dance with international superstar Akon of Senegal can be seen worldwide on YouTube.
Alleyne yesterday described the racy dance video of his 14-year-old daughter and Akon as “atrocious” but said that Deena was taken advantage of when she attended a concert at which Akon, a hip hop and R&B artiste was featured.
“She likes dancing and won a competition,” Alleyne said, adding that she became a victim in a situation where she had no control.
Deena was filmed dancing with the superstar during his performance at the Zen nightclub last Thursday in Port of Spain. She had won the first stage of a competition which carried prizes, including a “free trip” to Africa. There was however no free trip to Africa as at the end of the competition, Akon said he was Africa.
Pastor Alleyne has been under attack by members of his Chaguanas ministry who wanted to know why he had failed to voice his opposition to Akon’s performance .
Alleyne said he was “shocked” by the “atrocious” video and Akon’s performance which bordered on sexual simulations.
In defense of his daughter, Alleyne said that children were exposed to pop culture and were fascinated by pop stars.
“They are innocent to the wicked ways of the world and it is our responsibility as elders to keep them safe,” he said, adding that his duty was not to penalise his daughter but to be understanding of the situation and to assist her to grow stronger.

Busta Banned from Filming in NYCBusta Rhymes was prevented by New York City from acting in a film that just began production in the city after the NYPD raised security concerns about the flinty rapper. As the AP reports, Rhymes is acting in "Order of Redemption," but can't shoot scenes in midtown Manhattan because the cops "raised public safety concerns." Rhymes refused to cooperate with a probe into a shooting last year, and subsequently has had several run-ins with the law, allegedly driving with a suspended license and beating his former driver. The film's director called the action "tremendously unfair" to Busta, and his lawyer did not comment

According to a lawsuit filed yesterday in Manhattan Federal Court by music administators, Beyoncé allegedly never obtained proper clearance to cover a song called "I'm Kissing You," originally co-written by a singer named Des'ree -- famous for her 1994 smash hit, "Gotta Be." Des'ree's version was used in Baz Luhrmann's 1996 film "Romeo and
Juliet," Beyoncé's version can be
found on the re-release of her album, "B'Day."In the lawsuit, Des'ree and her reps claim that Beyoncé, along with her record company people, originally tried to work out a deal to use the song. When they weren't satisfied with the proposed terms -- which included not being able to change the title or make a music video for the song -- Beyoncé allegedly blew off copyright law completely, and recorded the song and video without permission. The song was eventually released on Beyoncé's album, "B'Day - Deluxe Edition" on April 3, 2007, with the title "Still in Love (Kissing You)."Des'ree is suing to halt distribution of the song, video and album and seeking at least $150,000 in damages.Lawyers for Beyoncé and Des'ree couldn't be reached for comment.
